C-Suite Transformational Leadership Development Programme
CLM, a consortium comprising CH2M Hill, Laing O’Rourke and Mace, was the Delivery Partner for the Olympic Development Authority responsible for the construction of the venues, infrastructure and legacy of the London 2012 Games. We were asked to provide a C-Suite leadership development programme for the CEO, COO and Senior Executive, to enable them to work as a more cohesive team.
Solutions
We worked with the consortium for six months during which we designed and delivered a C-Suite leadership development programme comprising:
- One to one executive coaching sessions for the CEO, COO and Senior Executive
- Facilitated board meetings
- A Coaching Skills for Leaders course
Outcome of the C-Suite Leadership Development Programme
CLM reported that as a result of the C-Suite Leadership Development Programme, energy levels increased, relationships within the team improved and managers felt more empowered to do their roles.
