Transformational Leadership and Team Building Programme for CEO, COO and Senior Executive
CLM was the Delivery Partner for the Olympic Development Authority responsible for the construction of the venues, infrastructure and legacy of the London 2012 Games. We were asked to enhance the leadership skills of the CEO, COO and Senior Executive, and enable them to work as a more cohesive team.
We worked with the consortium for 6 months during which we designed and delivered:
- One to one executive coaching sessions for the CEO, COO and Senior Executive
- Facilitated board meetings
- A Coaching Skills for Leaders course
